We try our very best to maintain accurate
inventory on our website. For the most part, if an item shows in stock on
our website, it is in stock at that specific time. However on rare
occasions, products are misplaced or lost in the warehouse. In this case,
we contact the customer will options of exchanging the item if we have
similar items available. If we don't we will automatically refund you for an
products not available and continue to process the rest of your order.
Some of our products require additional
processing time to ship out. This is when we do not have the item in stock
at our warehouse, however the product vender has communicated to us
that the item is in stock at there's. When this is the case, we forward your
order to our vender and ship it out from our warehouse as soon as it comes
in. On rare occassions, the product vender do not fill your item. It this
case, we contact the customer as soon as this information is available to
us. The customer will then have the option to exchange for a similar item or
a refund for the item if they prefer.
Pricing or product description errors:
Although we try to keep all information on our
website accurate, ever once in a while, one slips past us. Dress Code
reserves the right to cancel an order if it finds that the product
description or pricing was displayed incorrectly to the customer when making
the purchase online. In this circumstance, customer will be refunded
for items and associated shipping costs.
