Fit: Felt smaller than expected

"The shoe is small. I sent it back (paid for shipping). Ordered 1/2 size larger. Shoe was just as tight if not tighter than before. Had to ship it back. I feel that Dress Code folks should have put a side note in to the product description, rather than people paying shipping charges to "experiment" on a shoe that was obviously mis-made. New Balance should be ashamed of themselves. Wrong Chinese factories guys!!"
