"I love these rainboots, but the sizing is not true to your shoe size. I am an 8-1/2 shoe size and I read reviews that said to order one size larger, so I ordered a size 9. However, when they came and I tried them on, they were too small with an average thick sock, which you'd need for cold slushy winter days. I returned them and ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly with socks. The boots are a little heavier than some that I've seen but are constructed really well and that may account for this and the bottom tread is really good, so you won't be slipping and falling in them. They're made so well that they'll probably last forever. "
