Dress Code Return Policy
Dress Code offers its customers a 30 day return policy starting on
the day the order is shipped. Items must be in NEW condition. Customers will
not be refunded shipping for the item.
There is a strict NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
on body jewelry items. This is due to the nature of the product.
Order Cancellation / Return Policy on
non-stocked items
- There is a 20% Re-stocking fee for the
cancellation of all non-stocked products. Stocked and non-stocked items
are discerned by the Availability time of the product. If the
Availability is greater than 2 Days the item is considered non-stocked
and a re-stocking fee will be applied to order cancellations and
returns.
Policy for Shoes
- Shoes will only be
taken back as a return or exchange if shoes are in NEW UNWORN CONDITION.
The shoe box must also be in NEW CONDITION. Shoe boxes with tape or
labels stuck directly on the box will not be taken back for either a
return or an exchange. In addition, customer will be responsible for
having the shoes shipped back to you if shoes or shoe boxes do not match
the criteria stated above.
Direction on how
to return items
Please note the you may only exchange/return items that are in NEW
condition. If items came with tags, they are expected to be returned with
tags. Items that are not in resalable condition will not be taken back for
return/exchange. Dress Code has a 30 day Return/Exchange policy. This date
starts the day the item is shipped, NOT THE DATE IT IS RECEIVED. Packages
postmarked 30 days after this date will not be taken back for return or
exchange. The customer will only be refunded for the cost of the items, not
shipping. In the event that the customer is discounted for shipping or not
charged for shipping, the customer will be refunded the amount of the
products returned less the initial cost of shipping and handling.
