Fit: Felt smaller than expected

"I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. Not only were the 9.5s too small, my toes actually hit the end of the shoe. I'm exchanging for a 10 and hope that's big enough. As others have said, there's surprising little support in the shoe given that they're Rockports. They are really cute and make my feet look smaller. They're a great "dressy" sneaker. I will wear them with inserts for support when I'm on my feet all day."
