Not happy with your order? Send it back for a refund
or exchange. Here's how:
Send all the items you'd like to return back to:

Include a note in your package with the following information:
Order Number (This should be in your email)
Reason for return (eg. too small, didn't
Your contact information, including phone
number, email and shipping address.
Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
If you'd like an exchange, please list
the product sku, size and color if applicable you'd like instead.
We'll ship the exchange back to you for free as long as your in the
beautiful USA. For international customers, we recommend sending
your item back for a refund and placing a new order for the correct
If you'd prefer a refund, refunds are issued back to
the same method you used when placing your order. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. In the case that you were not charged for
shipping, $5 will be deducted from your refund.
Special Notes: We recommend you obtain a
tracking number from the shipping company whenever sending items back to
Dress Code. Dress Code is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in
transit for return packages.
How to Qualify.
Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed on November and December 2017 can be returned up till Jan 30th 2018.
In short, return what you don't like
within 30 days and make sure
to keep them looking brand new. It's that easy. Here are the details.
Returns must be made
within 30 days of receiving your package.
Products that have been
worn or washed cannot be returned.
All products must be in
original new condition and must be returned with
original packaging and/or tags.
Shoes must be returned
with original shoe box. When packaging a return for
shoes, please do not stick tape or labels directly on
the shoe box.
Products that do not meet these qualifications will
be refused or be charged a re-stocking fee.
All products sold by Dresscodeclothing.com are authentic and carefully examined
prior to shipment of the order. However on rare occasions, a bad fish
slips past us. If you happen to receive a defective item,
call or email us immediately. We will help
have it switched out for a replacement. Please remember that defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
